Syed Fuzail Raza Attari was born on 1st February 1977, in Karachi, Pakistan. He completed his graduation in Karachi, demonstrating an early commitment to academic excellence and personal development. Seeking further educational and professional growth, he relocated to the United Kingdom, where he pursued and successfully completed both a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the International University of America (IUA) in London.
For the past 20 years, Syed Fuzail Raza Attari has had the privilege of volunteering with Dawat-e-Islami. He started as the Head of the West Midlands Region in the UK and now serves as the Head of the Wales Region,
as well as leading Dawat-e-Islami’s welfare branch, Faizan Global Relief Foundation (FGRF) in the UK.

Syed Muhammad Faisal Sami, also known as Syed Fuzail Raza Attari, is a British-Pakistani humanitarian renowned for his significant contributions to social welfare and disaster relief. Born on 1st February 1977 in Karachi, Pakistan, he later moved to Birmingham, United Kingdom, where he pursued higher education, earning a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Master of Business Administration in London. He also completed the six-year Dars-i-Nizami course with Faizan Online Academy.
Syed Muhammad Faisal Sami began his volunteering journey in 2003 by joining Dawat-e-Islami, a global Islamic organisation. Over the years, he has held several leadership positions, including Head of Dawat-e-Islami Wales, Head of Dawat-e-Islami Midlands, and currently serves as the Head of Faizan Global Relief Foundation (FGRF) UK. Under his leadership, FGRF UK has been instrumental in providing aid during natural disasters, such as the 2023 earthquake in Morocco, the 2023 Turkey & Syria Earthquakes, and humanitarian aid for the people of Gaza, where the foundation’s team, led by Syed Muhammad Faisal Sami, swiftly mobilised to assist the affected communities.

These efforts have resulted in the planting of thousands of trees with volunteers from Faizan-e-Madina Mosque.
